Eleven

This adorable little fella had his last month-birthday this week.

His 10th month (technically, I guess it was his 11th month) was a busy one! We took a road trip; he met some new family and friends; he cut his first tooth at the end of that trip and proceeded to cut three more throughout the month;

He learned some more signs. He now signs "cold", "hot", "more", and "milk". He still does Scrunchy Face and he says "uh-oh" alot. He has been pulling himself to a standing position for a while now, but just within the last 2 weeks or so, he has started letting go and hovering for a second or two!

He copies sounds that he hears, whether it's a sibling screaming, a bird or a plane.

He gives us the best sloppy kisses. :)

He's learning how to drink from a sippy cup, but it's a slow process.

He's just a sweetheart and he will be turning one very soon!!

I Have A Blog?

Wowie! What a month!! I posted pictures from our trip on Facebook and neglected to post them on my poor little blog! Whoops. I will post a few here and then give you the links to FB so you can see all of the pictures.

The kids had such a great time at my Grandma and Grandaddy's lake house! We got to go out on the boat twice! They loved it!

While we were in North Carolina, we got to visit a few dear friends. We had dinner with the Parrott's at Red Robin one night and had an impromptu mini photo session outside before we parted ways. Love them!!!!

Brantley and I have been friends for almost 7 years, I guess. Time flies! At the Delgado's house, the kiddos enjoyed a water hose fight. This picture of Caleb was my favorite!!

We had fun walking through downtown Apex with Arelys and the girls, taking lots of pictures and enjoying the fellowship.

We wrapped up our trip in Tennessee for my cousin, Allison's wedding. Laura Anne was the flower girl!

Beautiful! This is why green is my favorite color. :) Oh yes, the girls are gorgeous, too! Ha!

At the reception, Caleb enjoyed dancing as long as he was being held. Love him!

By The Numbers

This is our family vacation by the numbers:

2187--the number of miles we drove

7--the number of days we were gone

500--the number of dollars we saved up for this trip

18--the number of dollars we had left over

3.33--the cheapest price for gas we found

773--the number of pictures that we took while on our trip

1--the number of teeth Stellan cut while we were on our trip (his 1st one!)

31--the number of family and friends we visited during our trip (give or take a few)

45 million--the number of times we heard "are we almost there?"

17 1/2--the ridiculous number of hours it took us to drive home (not including the hotel stay)

5--the number of cranky, exhausted family members

**Pics will come soon!!**
